Best spot to go in North Carolina..my situation was difficult but I met with Jamie Hernandez and after discussing my situation within 1day she had 2 great choices picked out for me look at as well as plenty of options to get me in a car that day. After being treated very badly by at least 5 dealerships in Greensboro and High Point, I took the Uber ride to Lexington to M & L to buy a truck and they really came through for me. I love the used Ram 1500 that they sold to me and helped me to get financed. I could not be more satisfied with their results.

They suggest I go for a car and I took it well every since I got it its had transmission issues a crack in the window and also u can tell the shocks are shot and its gone up in price like crazy from the Interests.

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Melanie Stanley is nothing short of charismatic and considerate and did everything in her power to get me in a good car the day of! My situation was a little difficult but she made it work for me. So blessed to have met her per my sisters referral. Here is a synopsis of what I have experienced dealing with your service department in regards to the warranty I purchased in conjunction with my truck purchase in Nov2020. The issue occurred in July when the AC cut out in my truck. I took the vehicle to Hall Jeep Chrysler here in Virginia beach. I was informed that the truck would not be covered under the warranty because of the aftermarket harness which was fried. The Truck was pre-owned (2018, 2500 Ram, 38k miles) and was a certified used vehicle. It is my understanding the responsibility should fall on the dealership for not doing their due diligence when certifying the vehicle. After several phone calls with M & L Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department, the agreement was I would bring the truck to North Carolina to be fixed. The understanding being that the truck would receive stock parts so that in the event something happened again, the warranty would cover the items. I paid the diagnostic and rental car fee locally incurred in VB during this process. I had a TAD trip with the Navy 29 July through 18 Sep, so I took leave and drove the truck from Virginia Beach to NC and paid to change both flights to start and end in Charlotte to support drop-off and pick-up. I was speaking with Carra at M & L while the truck was being serviced. I picked up the truck when I returned from my trip and within an hour of driving the truck, the same problem occurred with my AC. I spoke with Carra, and she explained that the mechanic “soldered the old harness” back together. I was very disappointed because that was not what we had agreed upon and after all the expenses, time and expectations, I was left back at square one. I was in communication with Shane the service manager. After 2 weeks of waiting for a response, I followed up with the service department only to learn that he quit his job leaving me back at square one. Frankly i am very tired of dealing with M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington. I am extremely disappointed in the overall customer service department and decided that i will pay the $3K locally to fix my truck.

Had oil changed and tires rotated. Good service.

I had this experience twice, they "fixed" my car three time in three months and I still had the same issue. I took it somewhere else and found that nothing they fixed needed fixing. My car is running great now after having the other garage work on it. Safe to say I will take the longer drive drop now on.

I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago and I recommended my sister to do the same. Unfortunately it looks like she purchased a lemon that they refuse to fix… a week after my sister got her car the check engine light came on, she took it back and they turned the light off without fixing it. They did this 3 times… the 3rd time the light came back on they charged her $100 to “fix” it. Two weeks later it’s back on again. Same issue. Why buy a car from somewhere if they can’t fix the preexisting issues before they sell the car ? And then after they sell it they give you the run around. And charge you for it? 10/10 do not recommend purchasing a car from here. Their auto shop is awful, won’t return calls and don’t fix the issues.

I am extremely disappointed with M & L Chrysler. I called to inquire about a truck listed on both their website and car gurus. I asked the sales rep if the listed price was the price it was being sold for. She assured me it was correct. The next day I called to make a down payment and only then was I notified the actual price was $19,000 above the list price! I asked to speak with a manager as this is a classic “bait and switch.” He claimed it was a “mis-price” and would not honor the advertised price that I was previously told was correct. I got zero help and nothing but waiting on the phone. I bought a part from a car and they can't help me get it working. Way to go, dealership.

Bad experience was looking to buy a 2500 dodge truck. Everything went well until they ran my credit. I asked them to run our credit with 3 banks of our choosing. They did run credit with the three banks I asked them too, but also ran it with as many other banks as they wanted too. So much for working on my credit.

There customer service is horrible.

Guy who handles title/tags is incompetent and rude...3 month process to get tags transferred from trade-in to purchased vehicle and many headaches later, I'm left trying to figure out their mess. Shop somewhere else!!!

We went here a week ago. A saleswoman was outside smoking. We walked around and looked at the cars in the parking lot. It was beginning to rain and nobody came outside to help us. I am never going to hunt down a sales person. I told my husband they must not need our business and we left and went to Winston Salem and bought a Kia.

Would not recommend this dealerships auto repair shop at all. Been here 3 1/2 hours waiting on headlights and oil change. That's all still aren't done yet had to go out and get headlights they didn't have them in stock can you believe that for a Dodge truck. If you can do it do it yourself at home don't come here

False prices online.

Antitheft light on and dealership says to bring it in and we will look at it. NOTICE of antitheft is own there is no bringing it in and no you can't look at anything when the entire system is shirt down. I don't need someone admiring my truck . I need the rest for the antitheft. Morons

12/8/20 I came to m&l to “look” for a vehicle! After a good talk game I did a test drive on a 2015 Dodge Charger. Drove alright to me within that hour & 1/2 so i decided to go with that vehicle, well let me tell ya ! The next day or two I started to hear ticking which was getting louder by the day, I took the car back to m&l due to the ticking noise that I know not suppose to sound like that. After being turned around twice telling me “oh it suppose to sound like that” come to find out it was things in the motor like liftors, cam, etc... it’s had over 3-4 thousand dollars worth of work done to it and I haven’t had the car a full 3 months yet. So not only that I say about a few weeks ago the washer fluid light started coming on & the back up camera started to work when it wants also ! so Saturday 2/27/21 I took the car for my first oil change cause obviously if the washer fluid light coming on already then who knows if it’s been serviced. I get there with a working motor (that dispenses the washer fluid) when I pulled off after the service I checked to see if it’s was dispensing like it’s suppose to & all of a sudden it’s not doing anything so I pulled back up to let them know & was told the motor gone and I’ll have to pay for diagnostic & to have it fixed when it was working before they touched it. That I should've taken as a sign but thinking they have always done great by us surely this can be resolved amicably. Our family has been customers for years. NO... the GM Donnie was no help. He did not even offer to assist in coming to a common ground with the repairs. I have tried contacting them for about 2 1/2 weeks and finally I just showed up with the vehicle. After having it for 3 days they tell me that it costs more for the repairs than the car payments. I WILL NEVER BUY NOR SEND ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN FOR A VEHICLE...run the other way.

My advice to anybody thinking about buying a vehicle at this place if you have to have it worked on thay will quote one price and charge you another I will never have work done or buy another vehicle from them again!!!

This was a very poor experience. I do not recommend shopping for a car at this dealership due to shady and IMO unethical dealings. I will also be reporting to BBB for unnecessarily running my credit and forcing me to take a hit. I stumbled across one of their car listing on Car Guru and back checked it to both their dealer website my private financer. All three websites show a price of $38K +/-. I call the dealership and expressed my interest in the vehicle and stated that I would like to work out a deal prior to coming to the dealership due to COVID and distance reasons. The sales person was understanding and asked that I fill out a credit application to proceed with my starting asking price of $37k. No problem. I understood and figured at worst they would come back at the asking price of $38k which i probably would have accepted. BUT NOOOO. The dealership runs my credit check, forcing me to take the hit and THEN comes back to me and says the best they can do is $45,000!!! $7,000 more than what is advertised on MULTIPLE websites. This dealership falsely advertises prices to get you interested, runs your credit with the understanding that the internet price is their asking price and then comes back astronomically higher. To me this is very unethical and has affected my credit score for no reason. Maybe they thought they could get more out of me after seeing income/credit score? Idk. But avoid this dealership unless you want credit checks for no reason and falsley advertised prices. This was a very poor experience. I do not recommend shopping for a car at this dealership due to shady and IMO unethical dealings.

Was satisfied with this company until my latest visit. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic on my catalytic convertor paid the $143.20 for it. They told me it was the sensors not the "cat" changed the sensors light still on. I took it back three days later, paid $143.20 again for them to say you need to replace the catalytic convertor. They should have told me that the first time I went in, ESPECIALLY since that is what I was there for. They owe me the second diagnostic fee back since they failed to give me a proper diagnostic the first time. I paid $286.40 for two diagnostic's when if they were honest the first time, I would not have had to take it back for the exact same reason it was there in the first place.

We bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee, and the salesman was great. he finance department however were not on top of their game. We signed all the paperwork and took the jeep home. We received a call a couple days later and was told we had to resign papers because the incorrect price was sent to the bank. So we ended up having another finance company finance everything , Gap, extended warranty, etc. Payment was higher and the interest was higher than previously signed for which was the fault of the finance department. I questioned this and was told oh well, the papers are signed and your trade is gone. It seems once they have the signed paperwork they do not want to talk to you any longer. I will allow them to do the first service on the vehicle but after that, this vehicle will never return to their lot and we will not purchase anything else from them. We are looking at trucks now for me, but we definitely will go elsewhere.

The individuals in the collision department are very rude and do not treat people with respect. They are not accommodating and do not really care about issues the customers may have. I would encourage you to find another place to get your vehicles repaired.

Brittany is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Was emailed an offer but when I called on it I guess the management wasn't willing to honor the exact offer I was emailed. It's why I hate the car buying experience.

Do not take you vehicle here. Mine was drivable when I dropped it off. Then when I got it back 3 days later the transmission was worse and about not made it back home. All they said was I needed a new transmission which was $5000.

I'm glad I don't have to pay to replace the bad parts, but 41/2 hours is an excessive wait time.

I bought a certified pre owned grand Cherokee from ML Dodge , our initial experience wasn't bad , but as with dealing with a normal stealership it quickly turned south. After 30 days when my temporary tag ran out and we called to find out the problem we were given the runaround and told that its ok to drive on expired tag if i got pulled just to explain the situation and if i got a ticket they would pay for it instead of simply issuing another tag, which is unacceptable i'm 49 years old and have never been pulled over and don't plan on starting now nor do i want a ticket. Long, long, LONG story short, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I could sit here and type everything out, but I don't have time. My situation was a bit more complicated than most and I understand that, but if I'd been told upfront how much of a nightmare this would be, I would've walked away from the sale. Which is precisely why I wasn't told. The dealership led me to believe that the complicated logistics of registering my vehicle out of state would be a breeze. Now I'm in a situation where my temporary registration expires in two days and I will no longer be able to legally operate my vehicle at that point.

Sales department is great the people are very good to deal with, unfortunately my visit was with the service department. The service department is full of rude, unhelpful, and miserable people. They are inefficient and choose to waste the customers time, appointments for simple auto care are days out and they expect you to drop off your vehicle for the entire day or more, her exact words will it will be taken care of in 24 to 48 hrs unless there is some major issues found that may require extra time.

Went and looked at a truck. Noticed a lot more cosmetic issues with the truck then what the pictures showed, one particular issue appeared to be some body damage to driver fender. Dealer stated no accidents reported but you could clearly see where it was poorly painted and had over spray. They didn’t even take the time to repair the dent, just painted over it. Truck had an open recall, which would have required me to buy it and immediately take it to a ford dealership to have it repaired. Check engine light was on as well, I was told they would fix it, but it had me concerned that they wouldn’t have taken the time to fix that prior to putting it on the lot. Truck was listed as an Xlt, badged as an fx4, and vin came back as a platinum, so who really knows what trim level it is. Listing stated 144k but really had 146k. Sales manager refused to budge on the price. I took it upon my self to have my own appraisal done on my trade in by a local loan office, I had two other dealers appraise my vehicle for trade in as well, all were with in reason of each other by about $650. M&L was not even in the ballpark as everyone else. Their offer was so insulting I just requested my keys and left. The lady I worked with was very nice and helpful, you could tell it was out of her control. I don’t blame her. Overall truck was not what it was described, had issues, and wanted me to pay full price and give nothing on trade.

I purchased a 2012 Dodge Caliber in April 2019. Not because I wanted to, but because I totaled my car.and this car was my budget.so far it’s cut off on me twice, spent 400 for sensor, and battery.now it won’t run at all. 6 months I’ve had it.i thought they do a 1000 point check on all their vehicles.apparently not.i will never purchase another dodge in my lifetime.they sold me a lemon .i have power train warranty, that don’t cover much at all.

TERRIBLE service... The original estimate to fix my truck was around $550 ... I get a call from Wendy the service desk lady saying that they did the work and my truck is still misfiring and she said the mechanic re-diagnosed the truck and she said it would be another $700 OR MORE to fix it( on top of the original estimate price)I go the following morning and talk to Matt the service department manager and he agreed that I would only have to pay the original estimate price and that Wendy had MISUNDERSTOOD when she told me about it being $700 or more... so I get the call saying my truck is done and all the work was done.... THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING........... My gas tank fell out while driving 45 mph after having them fix several things including a vacuum leak were they had to drop the gas tank while finding the vacuum leak.. the “FIRST YEAR” mechanic (as Matt the service manager called him) forgot to put the bolts back in that holds the gas tank in... and after asking for them to fix my recalled airbags while my truck was already there and they said ok ... that was not done,Wendy at the service desk verified they where not put in ! UPDATE 6/14/19 .... Today I found a part laying on top of the motor.. see photo.. it’s a black bracket... I guess the FIRST YEAR mechanic forgot where it went and just did not put it back on...... After I found the part today I had another mechanic look at my truck because it still has the original problem with misfiring... he said only one spark plug was changed and just one coil pack ... M&L was supposed to replace all of them ... THE MISTAKES JUST KEEP COMING !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡

Took our 2014 town and country in for battery issues, it was under warranty so we didn’t have to pay anything but we picked it up a week later to find my gas tank completely empty, and 40 miles added on to it. They clearly drove my car around that week. I’m highly disappointed and wouldnt recommend getting any work done here. They were hardly apologetic and unprofessional! My husband and I did speak to a manager Tuesday evening at around 6 when we picked my vehicle up and he was very unapologetic and acted like it was no big deal. The fact that I got into my vehicle and my radio station was changed to bluegrass, no paper mats in my floor leaving my floorboard disgusting, an empty tank and 40 miles added to my car was more then unprofessional. It was CLEARLY driven around that week! It’s something I wouldn’t expect at a dealership. I will not be returning ever.
